Our production facility is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, fully designed and implemented between 2022 and 2024. We use high-quality machinery tailored to our infrastructure, enabling aseptic homogenization and ensuring the highest quality standards at every stage of the process.

What Kind of Cosmetic Products we Manufacture?

We manufacture liquid to medium-viscosity cosmetic products of all types and following all kinds of ideas. We do not produce solid soaps or makeup (decorative cosmetics with pigments, including lipsticks and powders). However, we do manufacture colored skincare products, where coloring effect can be present, but it is of secondary importance for the usability of the product itself.

We specialize in skincare, because we believe that true beauty hides within skin itself.

The Idyllic Location of Our Production Lab

The office headquarters of our company are located in Ljubljana, but our operational production lab will welcome you in a small coastal village, where we transformed a part of an older residential house into a center of innovation and sustainability. Instead of opting for renting a typical industrial hall, we chose a privately owned home environment that reflects our commitment to the community and nature. This connects our work with our daily lives, enabling synergy between work and homeliness.

The existing older residential building, which we completely renovated and structurally equipped according to the highest standards of pharmaceutical production, still completely fits into its surrounding. Opting that way we not only preserve the local architecture but also contribute to sustainable development of our company.

Production Capacities and Process Automation

Our production is smaller, yet modern and almost fully automated, allowing for larger production capacities. Automation is essential for ensuring aseptic operations and high accuracy during all stages of production, while also reducing the carbon footprint. Our commitment to innovation and technology enables us to deliver exceptional product quality.

Sustainability and Energy Efficiency

Our commitment to sustainability is reflected in our extremely small waste and carbon footprint. We all live and work locally, which further reduces transportation emissions. The owner and project leader literally lives just one door away, in the same building, allowing her to keep a close eye on everything at all times.

Our waste footprint is so small that it practically has no impact on the natural state of the village environment surrounding us. Our chemical waste is extremely limited due to careful production planning and is appropriately disposed of. Additionally, 95% of all raw materials used in our products are of natural origin and fully biodegradable. We minimize transportation, as all our deliveries are carefully planned.

Our entire organization is not only environmentally friendly but is also economically and cost-optimized due to the choice of our facility location, which represents a significant advantage in all areas of work organisation.

Energy and Water Self-Sufficiency

We are pioneers in energy efficiency, as 100% of the energy used in our production is obtained from solar sources. Our facility includes its own solar power plant, contributing to sustainable development and further reducing of the carbon footprint.

We also produce our technological water, which we collect in our own rainwater system, free from air pollution due to our environmental placement. Next step is mineral and microbiological purification process done in-house, which outcomes in our water qualifying for medical-grade purity types I and II. This ensures that we are fundamentally completely self-sufficient, and our activity is ass less of a burden to the environment as possible.

Our Commitment to Quality

With these infrastructure decisions, we have significantly optimized real estate costs, which gave us a chance to focus on investments in advanced technology and high-quality production processes instead. This approach ensured us even better efficiency and product quality, in line with our commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in the industry.

At the entrance to our driveway, you will also be greeted by tireless little bees, who collect honey when the sun is out. Or perhaps by our dear grandmother, whoever notices you first. We advise caution with the bees, but with grandmother, just a slightly louder speaking voice.
